Nils Grossberg is Helping to Clean up the World

How it All Started

In 2008, 50,000 people from Estonia came together and within 5 hours, helped in cleaning up the entire country. This is where the story of the Let’s Do It Foundation began. In 2011, the idea gave birth to the foundation which had the ambition to continue the cleaning of countries just in one day. It has managed to get more support and has membership from 158 countries worldwide.

As time went by, the organization has been able to help tackle environmental and social challenges related to solid waste mismanagement. It has achieved this by mobilizing and reaching out to the millions of like-minded people who are goal oriented to help in the clean-up process using innovative technological solutions.

Many people have been made aware of the importance of proper solid waste management and have been undertaken through the foundation’s Keep It Clean Plan. The Keep It Clean Plan is a set of guidelines that the foundation follows, and shares with millions all over the world.

It guides people on how to properly manage waste and also offer some step-by-step solutions to some of the most devastating problems associated with environmental pollution. The plan uses some best practice examples as a foundation to their plan, for making the world a better place.

World Cleanup Day

Ever since the foundation was incepted, there have been annual movements which are aimed at bringing the world together in making mother earth a cleaner and safer place to be.

In 2018, one of the biggest ever civic action plans against waste happened on 15th September. In what is commonly known as the World Cleanup Day, over 17 million people from 157 countries collectively took their stand on their choice to make the world a cleaner place.

The World Cleanup Day is planned during the Clean World Conferences. The conference in 2018 took place at the Radisson Blu Sky Hotel, Tallinn, Estonia from 25 to 28 of January 2018. The event was a success as a lot was achieved during the deliberation. With much assistance from their sponsors, the event which was graced by over 200 people from around 70 countries was a success.

This year, 2019, the same conference occurred from 24-27 January, only bigger and better. With an unexpected turn out of around 300 people from over 100 countries, this was by far one of the most successful conferences to date.

During the conference, there are workshops, panels, and activities which focus on the Keep It Clean Plan. Participants and country teams got together and created blueprints for how to make their countries clean and waste-free, of course, with the help from other citizens, private and public sectors.

Nils Grossberg the man Behind Dagcoin was not Left Out

This year’s main sponsor, Dagcoin, helped quite a lot in the smooth organization of the 2019 Clean World Conference. The company’s CEO, Nils Grossberg, who has an ambition of making the world a better place, decided to partner with the World Cleanup Day organization in organizing the Clean World Conference.

Dagcoin is more like Bitcoin, but only faster, better and more reliable. Every time a transaction is made, Bitcoin tends to get slower and slower and that is why Dagcoin was introduced, due to its efficiency. Dagcoin is built on a brand new technology; DAG-chain, which is more advanced than the normal or usual Ethereum or Bitcoin-based platforms.

The new technology used is much faster and more secure hence making it the new deal in town. One major advantage of using Dagcoin is also the fact that anyone can use it as it is not complicated cryptocurrency.

Nils Grossberg had the ambition to not only just build a new cryptocurrency but to come up with a new ecosystem which is easy to use by all. The new system would become a platform where one would not have to worry much about the security and privacy of their money and transactions as this is all taken care of by Dagcoin.

If you wonder how Nils Grossberg is helping to clean up the world, Dagcoin is your answer. Unlike other types of cryptocurrency, Dagcoin doesn’t require miners. There are insignificant transaction costs with Dagcoin hence setting up a shift to a whole new level of distributing coins, from the traditional one where miners confirm your transactions to get coins.

Dagcoin is all about going green! The distribution and confirmation of coins are not done through mining hence saving a lot of electricity which would have otherwise been used by other cryptos.

Conclusion

Clean World Conference and the entire support base of the World Clean Up movement advises more people to come together and make the world a cleaner place. And Dagcoin offers the World Cleanup Day help and encouragement in creating technological solutions that can facilitate cleaning up our planet. Let us all make Mother Nature greener again!
