Career Mode
Honestly, career mode is probably the best game mode in FC 24. There’s nothing like taking control of your favorite team and guiding them to glory. You’ll design the tactics, buy and sell players, and deal with any issues the players throw your way. It is a surprisingly realistic game mode. It is just a shame that career mode doesn’t get as much love as it used to.
Ultimate Team
There’s a reason FC 24 Ultimate Team is the most popular FC 24 game mode. You’ll build your own team. Your dream team (if you have the money), design the tactics, choose the stadium, the kits, etc. and put your team to work against some top online players.

Pro Clubs
This is the best co-op mode in FC 24. In Pro Clubs, you’ll work with your friends to beat the opponents on the field. Unfortunately, due to the co-op nature, it doesn’t get anywhere near as much love as it deserves. More people should be playing this amazing game mode. Still, if you know how to work as a team, and believe us you will need to know how to work as a team, nothing can beat the pro clubs mode.
Kick-Off
In the past, if you wanted to have a quick jaunt with your friends in FIFA (now known as FC), you would have gone into Kick-Off mode. This is where you can pit any two teams against one another. You can even tinker with the settings, e.g. turn the game mode into a cup game or something.
It is probably the quickest way to jump into the game, and it is surprisingly exciting. We recommend people play kick-off mode in FC 24 until they have managed to nail at least the basics of the game.
VOLTA
VOLTA is an odd game mode, since it is very far removed from everything else. In VOLTA, you’ll be playing street football. The field is much smaller, and the game is much faster paced. It can be incredibly tough to get to grips with but, when you do, the game is oh so smooth. One of the best things EA have done over the last few years is to introduce a VOLTA mode online, and you’ll be surprised at how packed it is.
