Pack appropriately
Even on the hottest days, once the sun goes down, the temperature drops considerably. If you want to sleep outside under the stars, be prepared to layer up. Given the distance to travel from Marrakech and Fez, it’s wise to spend two nights in the desert: one in the camp and one in accommodation on the edge of the dunes.
