Cameron was incorporated as a Delaware corporation on November 10, 1994. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the stock ticker symbol “CAM”.
It is one of the world’s leading providers of processing, pressure control, and compression systems, with approximately 28,000 employees worldwide and more than 300 locations around the world.
The company also provides oil and gas industries project management and aftermarket services.
Cameron International has the following business segments:
Drilling and Production Systems: this segment focuses on the production and marketing of drilling equipment, under the brand names: Cameron ®,Guiberson™, H&H CUSTOM™, H&H Melco™, LeTourneau®, Lewco®, OEM®, Sense™ and Townsend™. Products include: ram and annular BOPs, control systems, drilling risers, drilling valves, choke and kill manifolds, diverter systems, top drives, draw works, mud pumps, pipe handling equipment, other rig products and aftermarket parts and services.
Valves & Measurement: this segment focuses on providing valves and measurement systems. Products include gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, Orbit ® valves, double block & bleed valves, plug valves, globe valves, check valves, actuators, chokes and aftermarket parts and service.
Process & Compression Systems: this segment focuses on producing custom-engineered process packages for separation and treatment of impurities within oil and gas and compression equipment.
