Canadian Saks will use Pusateri’s to operate food halls

Saks Fifth Avenue, soon opening in Canada, will be partnering with the upscale food merchant Pusateri’s as the operator of Saks food halls in Canada.

Pusateri’s will be heavily involved in Saks Fifth Avenue’s food hall installations, starting with the Toronto Eaton Centre and Sherway Gardens locations, which are set to open in Spring 2016.

Upscale Saks Fifth Avenue stores will be making a presence in Canada soon.

Hudson’s Bay Company is planning on opening seven Saks Fifth Avenue stores across Canada, in addition to up to 25 Saks Off Fifth stores.
